Fasano Itaim

Dell Anno, the premium brand of the Unicasa Móveis group, was the brand chosen for the new Hotel Fasano, scheduled to open at Itaim Bibi, in São Paulo, in 2022. The project, designed by architect Marcio Kogan, one of the biggest names of the generation of Brazilian modernism, it had an investment of around R$ 13 million in planned furniture.

In tune with the sophistication language of the proposal signed by Studio MK27, by Marcio Kogan, Dell Anno provided exclusive finishes and solutions for the project, with abundant and predominant use of natural wood veneer in a specific furniture composition to meet the needs of the most demanding in terms of functionality and aesthetics.

Residences

In partnership with Even Construtora e Incorporadora, the Fasano complex was created on a plot of nearly 5,000 m² on Pedroso Alvarenga Street, with leisure and entertainment infrastructure for guests and also the group’s first residential tower. The development connects with the essence of the Dell Anno brand, aimed at an audience that seeks inspiration in the contemporary, minimalist and sophisticated style of living.
